Allegro Reformer Duo Sessions

 

These 2 person sessions are an introduction to the Pilates equipment.  The reformer supports body alignment while you perform exercises in a precise, centered manner.

Sessions run 50 minutes

1 session - $50 per person

5 sessions - $250 per person

10 sessions - $500 per person

Private Equipment Sessions

 

Using a diversity of equipment, you’ll progress towards trusting in yourself and in your relationship with Pilates.  By connecting with Pilates, your body movements become flexible, centered, and pain-free.  My job is to guide you towards your own divine potential.

 

Sessions run 50 minutes

1 session - $80

5 sessions - $375

10 sessions - $700
